Drawn to natural and urban landscapes, the photographing ofarchitecture encompasses history, human endeavour and achievement.Quite often the pictures are devoid of people but the architecturespeaks of a human presence. Polaroids (especially negatives that canbe produced from some Polaroid film) have a timeless quality - nuances of ahistorical photographic process which allows the subject to be lookedat minus the trappings and associations of a particular point inhistory, which can enhance one's focus on the actual content.
